Why would you need therapy? You’re supposed to have it all figured out, right? The job, the relationship, the tribe, the life. And for the most part, you’ve been a Jedi at navigating life’s obstacles — maybe a few scratches and bruises along the way, but you’ve always bounced back. Yet, here you are, hitting a wall that just won’t move. And recently, it feels like that wall is closing in, pushing you into a corner, and making it hard to breathe.
The pain and isolation this causes is hard enough. What makes it worse? Finding an expert with the right education, skills, and experience to guide you back to the life you’ve worked so hard to build. You need a therapist with specialized training and real-world experience. You need a sophisticated approach that is tailored to you.
I work with high-level executives, healthcare providers, lawyers, C-suite professionals, and entrepreneurs, who value being challenged and demand growth. These clients aren’t helpless. They’ve just run into a problem they can’t resolve on their own. And that’s okay.
It’s okay to need help. I’m here for that.
Your biggest challenges often stem from unresolved obstacles blocking your path.
Therapy helps you uncover the root cause of these issues while rebuilding safety and trust.
By healing from the past, you’ll gain the freedom to fully embrace the present and enjoy life again.
Relationships aren’t just about what you say—they’re about feeling seen and heard.
Without the right communication tools, it’s easy to struggle in making sure your needs are understood and met.
Here, you can learn to communicate effectively by fighting fairly, listening actively, and speaking with purpose.
It’s surprising how often I hear clients say they have no needs. But believe it or not, everyone has wants and needs.
They are the foundation to feeling safe in a relationship, lowering your guard, and building true intimacy.
If you’re unsure about your needs or feel hesitant to express them, this is the perfect place to discover and embrace them.
When was the last time you felt truly desired? How do you define pleasure? What gives you the freedom to play?
It’s about more than sex. Many couples face challenges with intimacy, but you’re not alone.
Cultivating an erotic life you love is key to feeling fully alive and connected.
I’m Dr. Jasmonae Joyriel, a clinical psychologist who’s walked the tough road of rebuilding after an abusive relationship. I didn’t just want to heal; I wanted to thrive. For nearly a decade, I’ve helped couples overcome their struggles—communication issues, resentment, and intimacy challenges—to create emotionally rich, deeply connected relationships. I’m here to guide you through the messy, difficult moments so you can rediscover the joy and connection you deserve. Let’s make it happen.
Spoiler Alert: Healing is totally possible. The freedom and ease you feel on the other side of the yucky shit, undeniably worth it!
Therapy should be accessible no matter where you are. Telehealth is available to clients locally and abroad. However, I strongly encourage in-person if you are able to accommodate that.
I am an out-of-network provider, which means you will pay ahead and can seek reimbursement directly from you insurance provider. This allows our work to flow seamlessly without unexpected interruptions in coverage.
I work primarily with adults. Therapy services include individual therapy, couples therapy, sex therapy and therapy intensives. I specialize in adverse childhood experiences, trauma, sexuality, sexual concerns, and major life transitions.
I do not work with children, eating disorders, addictions, or OCD.
We will discuss yours goals for treatment during our consultation.
The fee for individual therapy is $250 and couples therapy is $300. Intensives start at $2625 depending on breadth of work needed.
While every client is different, my goal for every client is to get to a place where they no longer feel they need therapy.
After meeting their goals, clients are encouraged to drop-in as necessary.
